What is HPC ?
The Hiroshima Peacebuilders Center (HPC) is a legally independent body to conduct human resource development and research activities in the field of peacebuilding.
HPC has been commissioned for the Program for Human Resource Development in Asia for Peacebuilding by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan in Fiscal Year 2011. While HPC obtained a legally independent status in 2011, it has taken over the functions to implement the Program in the name of HPC by NGO Peacebuilders up to Fiscal Year 2010.
